In order to ensure that your package is delivered into the right hands, our shipping company requires all packages to be released by a signature. Additionally, we need orders for School and PTA/PTO Accounts to be sent to a fixed school address that serves as both the Billing and Shipping address. We offer the following shipping options: Regular Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
Regular Ground shipping received a flat rate when shipped to locations within the contiguous United States. Orders greater than $45.00 that ship via Regular Ground within the contiguous USA are eligible to receive free shipping. Actual shipping rates apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes and U.S. Territories. Please refer to the chart below for Regular Ground shipping costs.

2nd Day Air and Next Day Air
Express shipping options for 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are calculated based on weight of the order and delivery zone. During checkout, you will have the option to select your desired shipping and see the actual charges before subitting the order. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot offer expedited shipping for Alasaka, Hawaii, International Orders, U.S. Territories, or P.O. Boxes.
Priority Mail and Parcel Post
Priority Mail and Parcel Post shipping options are delivered by the US Postal Service (USPS). These delivery options are used for shipments to PO Box addresses. These options may be selected by GEDDES in order to deliver to regions not serviced affordably by UPS or FedEx.
Orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses receive the same regular ground shipping rates as shipments to addresses within the contiguous United States, but are shipped by US Postal Service delivery. APO/FPO orders may take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery.

Tracking Your Shipment
Unless you have selected a different carrier, we use UPS to deliver your Regular Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipments. When your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation notice containing your order tracking number and a link to the Tracking page.

In the event you are unable to track down your shipment, emails regarding your shipment can be directed to our Customer Service Center at email@example.com. Please include your Customer Number in the body of your email, as well as your order's confirmation number.
As of April 1, 2019, we are no longer accepting backorders on items. Any backorders placed before April 1, 2019 will still be shipped, but going forward we will no longer accept backorders.
Instead, customers are encouraged to shop similar items (you can find substitute products on the product page you're interested in) or to sign up to receive an alert notifying them when a product they're interested in is back in stock. Both substitutes and the alert feature will be displayed on the product page. If you sign up for this alert, you'll receive one email telling you this item is back in stock and no further emails (unless you're signed up to receive other emails from us).
