OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The "GTV's End Of The Year iPad and Airpods Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored solely by Raymond Geddes & Company, Inc. ("Geddes"). This promotion is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in this promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that all decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, as determined by Frontpoint, are final and binding in all respects. This promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, and who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited by law. Current and former employees of Geddes, shareholders, officers, directors and agents of Geddes, and their immediate families and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstake is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

How to Enter

Online Entry: Complete entry through Gleam.io Entry application and Subscribe to Geddes YouTube Channel. (“Online Entry”). All Online Entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period which ends 12/31/2019. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy posted at https://www.raymondgeddes.com/privacy-policy. Online entrants are limited to one (1) online entry. Multiple online entries under different email addresses that belong to the same natural person may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google.

All entries will become the property of Geddes and will not be returned or acknowledged. Geddes is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, deficient, damaged, misdirected or misdelivered. Photos may be used for promotional purposes on our website and in our catalog.

Making a purchase, submitting a review, or the content of a review, will not increase your odds of winning.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor.

Promotion Period

The promotional period begins 12/13/19 and ends December 31, 2019 at 11:59:59pm EST.

Drawing

One (1) Prize winner will be drawn within 24 hours from the end of the promotional period. The drawing pool will include all eligible entries received from the start of the promotional period until the end October 31, 2019 at 11:59:59 pm EST. An individual winner will be notified by email or phone call or via social media. If contact cannot be established by phone and/or e-mail within seven (7) days of the drawing, a new winner will be drawn from the remaining entries. All drawings are final.

Prize

Prize 1: Silver 7th Generation Apple iPad and Apple Airpods Shipped to Address within the U.S. at no cost. 

Odds

The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the promotional period.

Notice

The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if applicable. All expenses related to the acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of each individual winner and winner understand that prizes are not redeemable for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are non-assignable or transferable, except to a surviving spouse. There will be no prize substitutions unless at the discretion of Sponsor. The prize is considered awarded once it has been credited to the winner’s account.

Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.

Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered.

Release

Submitting an entry is an affirmative agreement to these Official Rules and an agreement to release Sponsor of any and all liability in any manner arising, directly or indirectly, from this Sweepstake. Winner further agreed to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any and all claims, damages, actions, liability, loss or expense including attorneys fees and costs arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from this Sweepstake.

Choice of Law

Entrants and winners agree that any and all disputes arising from the construction or enforceability of these Official Rules, or the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release shall be governed and construed according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, regardless of its choice of law rules. The remedy, if any, for any claim shall be limited to actual damages. Entrants and winners agree to waive any class action rights that may arise and the right to a jury trial.

Privacy Entrants and winners agree that all information provided as part of an entry or the process to collect on a prize shall become the property of Sponsor and that Sponsor may use the same now or in the future to send information, advertisements or other offers it believes it may be of interest to entrant and that said information may be shared with Sponsor’s marketing partners.

To request a copy of the official sweepstake rules please send a request to: service@raymondgeddes.com and include the subject line “GTV's End Of The Year iPad and Airpods Giveaway.” After the close of the promotional period, a request can be submitted for the name of the winner by sending an email to the same address.
