Sometimes students can use a little extra push. Learning, in and of itself, should be the main motivation for students wanting to succeed, but we all know that that’s not always the case. In some cases, a little extra reward for a job well done can get a student extra excited about completing a task. It doesn’t have to be something expensive or elaborate—fun and affordable classroom rewards can be just as effective. When you’re filling your classroom treasure chest or prize drawer with goodies, you want the coolest, most eye-popping rewards that will make students say “This is so cool!”
