Additionally, school accounts in good standing are extended a line of credit terms through Raymond Geddes and Company, Inc. This line of credit enables customers to purchase merchandise interest free and pay at a specified later date after the purchase has been invoiced.

GEDDES EZ Pay Credit Terms

School and business accounts are eligible for interest-free deferred billing through our EZ Pay Credit Terms. Credit Terms are typically NET 30-Day, which means payment is due 30 days from the date the order is invoiced and considered past due after 50 days.

When approved for EZ Pay Terms, the details of your account's credit terms can be reviewed from within the Account Tools section of the raymondgeddes.com website.

Accounts may resolve their outstanding balance by mail or phone using an accepted major credit card, as well as through personal checks, corporate checks, or money orders. Please see our Buy Now, Pay Later page for more information on credit terms for schools and businesses.

Applying by Phone

Please call us toll-free at 1(888) 431-1722, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm (Eastern) to request consideration for credit. A customer service representative will confirm your account and contact information. You will need to provide the name and contact information for the person acting as the primary financial contact.


Applying Online with Your Initial Order

Requests for EZ Pay Credit Terms approval can be made during your first online order at raymondgeddes.com. The initial order will need to be prepaid using a major credit card. After shopping, the first step of the checkout process for New Customers will ask for basic account information. Check the checkbox for I would like to apply for EZ Pay credit terms and continue on through the checkout process.

When you submit your first order, our credit department will review your information and establish your credit terms for future orders. Alternately, we may request additional information or provide you with notice that the credit request was not approved.
