Waste of money
When kids played with this on the first day of getting it, the putty was melted and not working right. I would never buy this product again.

Excellent customer service
After receiving the sprinkle putty and being disappointed with the quality, Marty from the company emailed me and helped me resolve the problem very quickly. He reached out to the manufacturer and looked into the batch I received. I was credited the money and was so happy with the quality of service I received. I was relieved to see the problem was resolved so quickly and felt that my matter was resolved. I look forward to purchasing from Geddes again.
