In addition to our speedy service, GEDDES offers several affordable shipping options to meet nearly every shopper's needs. In order to ensure that your package is delivered into the right hands, our shipping company requires all packages to be released by a signature. Additionally, we need orders for School and PTA/PTO Accounts to be sent to a fixed school address that serves as both the Billing and Shipping address. Shipping Options, Costs, and Free ShippingWe offer the following shipping options: Regular Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Shipping Cost: flat rate based on order total (see chart). Regular Ground shipping received a flat rate when shipped to locations within the contiguous United States. Orders greater than $150.00 that ship via Regular Ground within the contiguous USA are eligible to receive free shipping. Actual shipping rates apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Please refer to the chart below for Regular Ground shipping costs.
2nd Day Air and Next Day AirExpress shipping options for 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are calculated based on weight of the order and delivery zone. During checkout, you will have the option to select your desired shipping and see the actual charges before subitting the order. Shipping Cost: rate scales up based on order weight and delivery location Orders must be placed by 1 PM (Eastern Standard Time) to meet the delivery time table. APO/FPO CustomersOrders shipped to APO and FPO addresses receive the same regular ground shipping rates as shipments to addresses within the contiguous United States, but are shipped by US Postal Service delivery. APO/FPO orders may take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. Shipping Cost: flat rate based on order total (see chart). Priority Mail - PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Independent US TerritoriesThe Priority Mail shipping option is delivered by the US Postal Service (USPS). These delivery options are used for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Independent US Territories, and PO Box addresses anywhere in the United States. Shipping Cost: rate scales up based on order weight and delivery location This shipping method is forced based on your shipping location. It is selected by GEDDES in order to deliver to regions not serviced affordably by UPS. UPS SurePost - Small Package DeliveryWe utilize UPS SurePost to ship low-weight, small package backorders and non-bulk items (i.e. a set of pens, a pack of markers, etc.). SurePost service typically delivers in 7-10 business days. Tracking Your ShipmentUnless you have selected a different carrier, we use UPS to deliver your Regular Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipments. When your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation notice containing your order tracking number and a link to the Tracking page. You can also track your shipment from this page by clicking on the following link and entering your order's tracking number in the appropriate field: http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html In the event you are unable to track down your shipment, emails regarding your shipment can be directed to our Customer Service Center at service@raymondgeddes.com.
