Customer Care: Shipping and Delivery

Our mission is to put your school supply order on the road or in the air within 1 to 3 business days. In addition to our speedy service, GEDDES offers several affordable shipping options sure to meet nearly every shopper's needs.

In order to ensure that your package is delivered into the right hands, our shipping company requires all packages to be released by a signature. Additionally, we need orders for School and PTA/PTO Accounts to be sent to a fixed school address that serves as both the Billing and Shipping address.

Shipping Options, Costs, and Free Shipping

We offer the following shipping options: Regular Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.

Regular Ground shipping received a flat rate when shipped to locations within the contiguous United States. Orders greater than $150.00 that ship via Regular Ground within the contiguous USA are eligible to receive free shipping. Actual shipping rates apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Please refer to the chart below for Regular Ground shipping costs.

2nd Day Air and Next Day Air

Express shipping options for 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are calculated based on weight of the order and delivery zone. During checkout, you will have the option to select your desired shipping and see the actual charges before subitting the order.

Orders must be placed by 1 PM (Eastern Standard Time) to meet delivery time table.

APO/FPO Customers

Orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses receive the same regular ground shipping rates as shipments to addresses within the contiguous United States. APO/FPO orders may take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery.

International Shipping Now Available

For customers located outside the United States, we currently provide shipping through Bongo International.

Bongo International provides international shoppers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders. This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

Shipping Time Estimates

In the field below, locate your state to find the typical number of business days it takes for a ground shipment to be delivered from our distribution center in Pennsylvania.

The provided days are estimates only. If your order has not arrived within three business days after the estimate for your state, please contact us at 1-888-431-1722.

Tracking Your Shipment

Unless you have selected a different carrier, we use UPS to deliver your Regular Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipments. When your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation notice containing your order tracking number and a link to the Tracking page.

In the event you are unable to track down your shipment, emails regarding your shipment can be directed to our Customer Service Center at service@raymondgeddes.com. Please include your Customer Number in the body of your email, as well as your order's confirmation number.
