This line of credit enables customers to purchase merchandise interest free and pay at a specified later date after the purchase has been invoiced. GEDDES EZ Pay Credit TermsSchool accounts are eligible for interest-free deferred billing through our EZ Pay Credit Terms. Credit Terms are typically NET 30-Day, which means payment is due 30 days from the date the order is invoiced and considered past due after 50 days. When approved for EZ Pay Terms, the details of your account's credit terms can be reviewed from within the Account Tools section of the raymondgeddes.com website. Accounts may resolve their outstanding balance by mail or phone using an accepted major credit card, as well as through personal checks, corporate checks, or money orders. Credit Application DetailsAs part of the account application process, prospective accounts must submit a primary financial contact (i.e., a bookkeeper, a CFO, a manager, etc.) and the physical building location where we should direct billing statements and financial communications. This information is stored with the account and cannot be changed through the web site. School customers can apply for EZ Pay Credit Terms by phone or when placing their first online order. Applying by PhonePlease call us toll-free at 1(888) 431-1722, Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm (Eastern) to request consideration for credit. A customer service representative will confirm your account and contact information. You will need to provide the name and contact information for the person acting as the primary financial contact. Applying Online with Your Initial OrderRequests for EZ Pay Credit Terms approval can be made during your first online order at raymondgeddes.com. The initial order will need to be prepaid using a major credit card. After shopping, the first step of the checkout process for New Customers will ask for basic account information. Check the checkbox for I would like to apply for EZ Pay credit terms and continue on through the checkout process. When you submit your first order, our credit department will review your information and establish your credit terms for future orders.
