Payment Options

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards through our web site.

Additionally, school and business accounts in good standing are extended a line of credit terms through Raymond Geddes and Company, Inc. This line of credit enables customers to purchase merchandise interest free and pay at a specified date after the purchase has been invoiced.

GEDDES EZ Pay Credit Terms

School and business accounts are eligible for interest-free deferred billing through our EZ Pay Credit Terms. Credit Terms vary by account. For instance, NET 30-Day Terms are due 30 days from date the order is invoiced and considered past due after 50 days. Most schools will receive our basic 30-Day Terms.

Terms are determined through a review of the applicant's history (years in business, years at the present location, etc.) and a review of industry credit references. This information is reviewed before a line of credit can be extended.

When approved for EZ Pay Terms, the details of each account's credit terms can be reviewed from within their Account Tools section of the raymondgeddes.com website.

Accounts may resolve their outstanding balance by mail or phone using the above mentioned credit cards, as well as through personal checks, corporate checks, or money orders.


Credit Application Details

As part of the account application process, prospective business accounts must submit a primary financial contact (i.e., a bookkeeper, a CFO, a manager, etc.) and the physical building location to direct billing statements and financial communications. This information is stored with the account and cannot be changed through the web site.

School and business customers can apply for EZ Pay Credit Terms by phone or when placing their first order.

Applying by Phone

Please call us toll-free at 1(888) 431-1722, Monday-Friday, 7am - 5pm (Eastern) to request consideration for credit. A customer service representative will confirm your account and contact information. You will need to provide the name and contact information for the person bill payer.

Applying with Your Initial Order

Requests for EZ Pay Credit Terms approval can be made during your first online order at raymondgeddes.com. The initial order will need to be prepaid using a major credit card. After shopping, the first step of the checkout process for New Customers will ask for basic account information. Check the checkbox for I would like to apply for EZ Pay credit terms and continue on through the checkout process.

When you submit your first order, our credit department will review your information and establish your credit terms. Alternately, we may request additional information or provide you with notice that credit request was not approved.
